Limitations of this scan
- Results are a point-in-time view of public DNS and published policy data.
- DKIM selector discovery cannot prove every selector a sender may use.
- DNS configuration alone cannot prove that real messages align and authenticate correctly.
- Optional controls such as BIMI and MTA-STS are not required for normal email operation.
Technical response
Results use the howto.email public DNS API. This is a point-in-time DNS inspection, not a live email authentication test.
